To support the Ewoyaa Lithium Project, Atlantic Lithium has granted 1,402,492 unlisted performance rights to important senior personnel.
These rights are free of charge and are tied to new common shares. However, they are subject to strict performance standards set by the Board.
To get the full benefits, employees must continue working for the firm until July 30, 2026, which is the end of the measuring period.
July 31, 2023, marked the start of the performance review period, which will end on July 30, 2026.
In a statement, Atlantic Lithium stated that these performance rights are exempt from shareholder approval under the company's ASX listing rule 7.1 capacity.
These rights are intended to match Atlantic Lithium's long-term growth plan with employee incentives.
The Remuneration & Nomination Committee highlights that these rights are critical to the company's aggressive expansion ambitions since they help recruit, retain, and motivate top individuals.
