Hon. Alfred Amoah, the District Chief Executive of Bibiani – Anhwiaso District Assembly has been pronounced dead on the spot after a gory accident on the Accra-Kumasi highway.
According to reports, he together with his driver died on the spot around 6:45 pm today, July 12, 2022, when returning from a meeting.
The sad incident happened when three vehicles including his crashed leading to their death on the said highway around Old Tafo junction.
The vehicles involved were a fuel Tanker with registration number, GN – 8549 – X, A trailer also with the registration number, As 4229 – X and the DCE’s Nissan Patrol with a registration number GN 2060 – 18.
The injured are transported to Kibi government hospitals for treatment while the police are investigating the cause of the incident.
